The Building

Gramercy On the Park is one of the premier residential Condominium buildings in all of Northern California. Years in planning and construction, Gramercy On The Park was a joint venture by legendary developers, Werby Company and Glenborough Development whose vision was to create a Condominium building offering the ultimate in luxury, elegance, and sophistication. At the entry to the formal 5 star hotel style Lobby, residents and guests are greeted, 24 hours a day, by a uniformed Doorman who also receives packages, assists residents in the loading and unloading of luggage, announcing visitors among many other services.
